Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("Customer," "you") and Sin City Chill ("Company," "we," "us"). By requesting a quote, scheduling service, signing a written proposal, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.

Services Provided

Sin City Chill provides residential and light-commercial services including, but not limited to:

• HVAC system installation, replacement, repair, and maintenance.
• Ductwork inspection, sealing, and modification.
• Energy-efficient window installation, replacement, and related glazing services.
• Thermal performance evaluations and energy audits.
• Smart thermostat configuration and indoor air quality improvements.

All work is performed under valid Nevada State Contractors Board licensing applicable to our trade categories. Services are limited to our defined service area unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quotes & Estimates

Free in-home evaluations and written estimates are provided as a courtesy without obligation. Estimates remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing may change if:

• Site conditions discovered during installation differ materially from those observed during evaluation.
• The customer requests changes in scope, materials, or schedule.
• Supplier costs change beyond the validity period of the estimate.

Energy savings projections, payback periods, and IRA credit estimates included in quotes are good-faith projections based on industry data and your specific home — but are not guarantees of any specific dollar outcome.

Scheduling & Access

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. The customer agrees to:

• Provide reasonable access to the home and the installation areas during the agreed-upon window.
• Disclose any known electrical, structural, or environmental hazards.
• Secure pets and remove fragile items from work areas before crews arrive.

If we arrive at a scheduled appointment and cannot access the property through no fault of our own, a $75 trip fee may apply to reschedule.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit of up to 30% may be required to schedule installation and reserve equipment.
• Balance is due upon completion of installation and customer walkthrough.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfer, and certified check. Personal checks accepted at our discretion.
• Approved financing is available through partner lenders, subject to credit approval.
• Past-due invoices accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Nevada law.

Warranty

Manufacturer Warranty

Equipment installed by Sin City Chill carries the warranty terms set by the manufacturer of that equipment. Typical coverage includes 10-year parts on HVAC compressors and lifetime warranties on premium vinyl window frames. Manufacturer warranty documentation is provided upon completion.

Sin City Chill Labor Warranty

We warrant our installation labor for 24 months from the date of completion. If installation-related issues arise — leaks, improper sealing, mounting failures — we will return at no charge to correct them.

Exclusions

The labor warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, neglect, lack of routine maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
• Acts of nature, including but not limited to floods, fires, monsoons, earthquakes, or extraordinary weather events.
• Pre-existing conditions in the home not disclosed at evaluation.
• Issues caused by work performed by third parties after our installation.

Cancellation & Refunds

Customers have the right under Nevada law to cancel a written sales agreement within three (3) business days of signing, without penalty. To cancel, notify us in writing (email or letter) within that period.

After the three-day cancellation window:

• Deposits are refundable in full if no equipment has been ordered.
• If equipment has been ordered, refundable amount is reduced by any non-recoverable costs (restocking fees, custom orders, delivery).
• Once installation has begun, the customer is responsible for work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Liability & Disclaimers

Sin City Chill carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by Nevada law. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

IRA Credits & Tax Statements

Information about Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) federal tax credits, Nevada utility rebates, or any other incentives is provided as general information only. We are not tax advisors. Specific eligibility, caps, and how credits apply to your situation depend on your tax circumstances and the rules in effect at the time you file.

We provide manufacturer certifications, equipment AHRI numbers, and installation documentation needed to substantiate qualifying upgrades. We strongly recommend confirming eligibility with a licensed tax professional before relying on any specific credit amount.

Intellectual Property

All content on sincitychill.com — including logos, copy, design elements, photographs, videos, and the "Seal the Heat. Feel the Cool." tagline — is the property of Sin City Chill or our licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada — unless both parties agree in writing to binding arbitration as an alternative.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business operations, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For active service agreements, the Terms in effect at the time of signing govern that agreement.
