Is the evaluation really free?
Yes. No service fee. No diagnostic charge. No 'travel cost.' We invest the visit because it's the only way to give you an honest quote — and because most homeowners only need 1 evaluation to know who to work with.
How quickly can you come out?
Most weeks we have evaluation slots within 3–5 business days. Peak summer (July–August) it can stretch to 7–10 days. Emergencies move to the top of the queue.
Do I need to be home for the evaluation?
At least one adult homeowner needs to be home so we can walk through the diagnosis together. Bringing your last 12 months of energy bills helps too — but it's not required.
Do you work on rental properties?
Yes, with the owner's authorization. We document everything for landlords who need to claim IRA credits or coordinate scheduling around tenants.
What if I only want a second opinion?
That's a perfectly valid reason to book. Bring the other quote — we'll tell you straight whether it's fair, padded, or missing something important. No commitment expected.
Do you speak Spanish?
